GHEE

A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of desi cows like Gir and Saahiwal, which naturally produce A2 beta-casein protein in their milk. This type of protein is considered to be healthier and easier to digest than the A1 beta-casein protein found in milk from other breeds of cows. Therefore, A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of desi cows and is considered to be a healthier option. At Karnal Fresh, we use the milk of Gir and Saahiwal cows to make our A2 cow ghee.

Yes, A2 cow ghee is considered healthier than regular ghee as it is made from the milk of A2 cows, which are believed to produce milk with better nutritional qualities than A1 cows. A2 cow ghee is also said to be easier to digest and contains more essential nutrients like vitamins and minerals.

Our A2 cow ghee is made from the milk of carefully selected and well-maintained A2 cows. The process of making A2 ghee is also more labor-intensive and requires more milk than regular ghee. Hence, the cost of producing A2 ghee is higher, which makes it more expensive than other brands.

Yes, A2 cow ghee is said to be easier to digest than regular ghee. This is because A2 cow milk contains a different type of protein called A2 beta-casein, which is said to be more easily digestible than A1 beta-casein, which is found in the milk of A1 cows.

It is recommended that individuals with high cholesterol levels consult their healthcare provider before consuming A2 ghee or any other dairy product. While A2 cow ghee is considered healthier than regular ghee, it is still a high-fat dairy product that may not be suitable for everyone.

A2 cow ghee and normal desi ghee are both known to have several health benefits, including boosting general immunity. However, it is important to note that consuming ghee alone cannot guarantee immunity. A healthy diet and lifestyle choices are also essential for maintaining good immunity.

We use Saahiwal and Gir cow milk to make our ghee.

Saahiwal and Gir cows are known for their high milk yield and the superior quality of milk they produce. They are indigenous breeds of cows that have been traditionally raised in India for centuries. These cows are known for their docile temperament, adaptability to various climatic conditions, and high resistance to diseases.

No, we have a strict NO NEEDLE POLICY. We believe in the natural health of our cows and do not use any artificial means to enhance their milk production. No, our ghee is 100% pure and natural, without any additives or preservatives. We use the traditional Bilona method to prepare our ghee, which involves churning curd made from pure A2 milk sourced from our own cows. The ghee is then carefully handcrafted in small batches, ensuring the highest quality and purity.

“Yes, at Karnal Fresh, we follow a strict protocol to ensure that our calves are well-fed and cared for. As soon as a calf is born, it is kept with its mother. For the first 20 days, the milk is not procured for self-consumption. Only the calves drink this highly nutritious milk. After 20 days, the calves have the first right on their mother’s milk. We wait until they have fulfilled their thirst before we procure the milk from the mother for use.
