Refund Policy

At Karnal Fresh, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Please read below for our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@www.karnalfresh.com to request a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at support@www.karnalfresh.com to request an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and how to receive your new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food, plants, or flowers, and customized or personalized items. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation 
  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Karnal Fresh reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
